When You Need Multiple Images in One PDF
- Submitting scanned multi-page documents (passport + visa + tickets)
- Creating a photo portfolio for a client or employer
- Archiving a set of receipts for expense reporting
- Sending a series of screenshots as one document
How Page Order Works
Images are placed into the PDF in the order they appear in the list after uploading. If you upload 5 images, image #1 becomes page 1, image #2 becomes page 2, and so on.
If you realize the order is wrong, remove individual images using the × button and re-upload them in the correct sequence.
Upload Tips for Large Batches
When selecting multiple files from your file browser:
- Windows: Hold
Ctrland click each file, orShift+click to select a range - Mac: Hold
Cmdand click each file - Mobile: Your browser’s file picker typically lets you select multiple images from your gallery
You can also drag multiple files simultaneously from your desktop directly into the upload zone.
Mixed Orientation Handling
The Auto orientation setting is especially useful for multi-image PDFs where some images are portrait and others are landscape. Each page automatically rotates to best fit its image. The result is a clean PDF where every image fills as much of its page as possible without cropping.
Output File Quality
The converter uses the original image data at full resolution. Images are scaled to fit within A4 dimensions (210×297mm) while preserving their aspect ratio. No upscaling occurs — so the quality of your output PDF is limited by your input images.
Example: Expense Report PDF
Say you have 8 receipt photos from a business trip:
- Upload all 8 JPG photos at once
- Confirm order (oldest receipt first)
- Set Orientation: Auto, Margin: 10mm
- Convert → Download
converted.pdf - Attach to your expense report
One clean, multi-page PDF instead of 8 separate image attachments.
